      The 2014 “jolly” is at the Vane arms, Thorpe Thewles. This is a quite excellent eatery and is but a prune-stone flick from Castle Eden Walkway (now known as Wynyard Woodland). The reservation for July 26th has been made for 20 covers. A special menu, with vegetarian options , will be published on this web-site nearer to the time. Please make anote of the date (or prune) and BE THERE!
