    Hi Doug,
    There is a wealth of information on the internet specifically on myxomycetes, primarily in the form of well illustrated keys. Fortunately, myxos are in general easily (or rather not so difficult) to get a handles on from their macro form followed up with microscopy. The University of Iowa books and keys are very good but the NEFSG has some excellent reading matter in the portable library.
    I will indicate some good links after this send.

    Let me know how your searching goes….all the 2013 records are on CATE2 already!

    Hi Christine.
    Go to CATE2 and hit the public access >species records>filter.
    Start typing in to the top box the name of your species. Very Important! You MUST select from the drop down Iist.
    Now type in to ANY other boxes– VC, dates, names etc. but LET THE SYSTEM FIND THE SELECTED INPUT.
    When you have the necessary inputs, hit filter and up will come all finds that suit the parameters.
